Key Account Forum Benchmarking

IUCX Benchmarking is an association of member companies conducting benchmark studies to identify best practices surrounding customer service issues that improve the members’ business operations. Currently, Benchmarking membership is solidly electric-focused; however, we believe gas and water utilities who measure many of the same metrics could benefit from sharing and comparing themselves to others in the utility customer service space.

Full Member: $3,300/yr
Membership Term: July 1 – June 30

  • Participate in the annual Benchmarking Survey

  • Offer input on Survey questions

  • Receive both the Survey results summary and detailed report

  • Join the Benchmarking Roundtable Discussion at IUCX

  • Receive one (1) complimentary registration to Key Account Forum

Compare your utility’s data directly with industry peers to support business cases and funding. All data is protected by an IUCX-administered NDA. Members also join open peer discussions to share structures and uncover best practices.

Members review and edit each annual survey, updating questions and new subjects. They participate in a broad range of topics discussed at the annual Benchmarking Roundtable. This candid and free-wheeling discussion is that differentiator identified above.
