Women in Utilities (A Conference Add-On)

MAY 7 - 8, 2025 | PHOENIX CONVENTION CENTER | PHOENIX, AZ

Celebrating the Journey as Much as the Destination!

Open to everyone, Women in Utilities combines virtual learning and live networking opportunities to motivate, inspire and empower today’s utility professionals to:

  • Work together as mutual supporters

  • Encourage self-awareness

  • Leverage relationships for mentoring and growth

  • Recognize strengths in diversity

  • Refocus challenges and adversities into opportunities and personal stretches

Three components build its annual theme-based content that typically launches in late fall and crescendos at Conference, this year on May 7-8, 2025.

1st VIRTUAL

The Women in Utilities planning team selects a compelling theme. They curate influential, admired speakers to reflect and share their experiences for 45-minute conversational webinars that invite Q&A. Most years tee-up two to three pre-Conference webinars.

Conference sets the stage for a Strategies & Analytics Workshop that often synthesizes prior webinars and welcomes back presenters for a recap. New voices are added sometimes, and a panel moderator often finds ways to personalize the workshop by engaging the audience.

2nd LIVE

3rd LIVE

Wednesday morning’s Sunrise Event remains a crowd pleaser. Though early, attendees relish meeting, sharing and connecting with others plus hearing from respected leaders on topics that complement the theme.
