Excellence Awards, previously called Expanding Excellence Awards, should be top-of-mind for December 2024. Deadlines for Individual Award nominations and Company Award applications are fast approaching.
Highly coveted, IUCX Excellence Awards represent industry best practices. They showcase projects and innovations that enhance the utility’s CX, update day-to-day operations and encourage streamlined customer relationships. Excellence Awards are presented at Wednesday’s and Thursday‘s General Sessions. All Company Applications and Individual Nominations are due January 10, 2025.
