We are excited to announce that the 2026 ENGAGE311 Call for Presentations is now open! We invite thought leaders and innovators from across the 311 and municipal customer service community to submit an abstract for consideration. This is your opportunity to showcase success stories, highlight lessons learned and share strategies that are advancing service delivery, operations and customer engagement in cities and municipalities of all sizes.

Presenting at ENGAGE311 is a chance to engage directly with peers, decision-makers and industry experts who are shaping the future of customer service centers across North America. Accepted presenters will have the unique platform to spark meaningful discussions, demonstrate innovative practices and provide actionable insights that attendees can take back to their organizations.
Sessions may focus on a wide range of topics, from technology adoption and process improvements to workforce development, equity in service delivery and customer experience innovations.
We encourage submissions from both seasoned presenters and new voices eager to contribute their perspectives. All abstracts will be reviewed to build a diverse and impactful program that reflects the challenges and opportunities facing 311 professionals today.
