CIS Collaborative: New York was Just the Beginning
The conversation started in New York, and what a way to begin!
The CIS Collaborative brought members of the utility community together for focused conversations around customer information systems and the people, processes and decisions surrounding them. Members heard from top industry leaders on topics such as CIS planning, parallel billing, integrating and modernizing, and agentic AI implementation in customer operations. An exciting panel sparked conversation and brought diverse perspectives together, helping to create a day filled with practical insights, real-world experiences and forward-thinking ideas for the future of utility customer operations.
Rather than simply talking about technology, the Collaborative creates an environment where participants can learn directly from one another. Utilities have an opportunity to compare experiences, discuss challenges, ask questions and hear how their peers are approaching decisions that can have an impact across their organizations and customer operations.
Our New York gathering demonstrated exactly why those connections matter. Thank you to everyone who joined us, contributed to the discussions and helped establish the foundation for this growing IUCX community.

Stay Connected Through CIS Collaborative Membership
The CIS Collaborative is about more than individual events. Membership provides an opportunity to stay connected with the community and continue exchanging knowledge, experiences and ideas with utility peers.
If your organization is navigating CIS strategy, modernization, implementation or the evolving role these systems play in the customer experience, the Collaborative provides a place to connect with others doing the same work.
New York started the conversation. Now we’re looking forward to seeing where the Collaborative takes it next.
