IUCX 2027 Registration is Coming Soon! Charlotte, Here We Come!

It’s almost time to start planning your next IUCX experience.

Registration for IUCX 2027 will open soon, bringing the utility customer experience community together at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, NC on April 26–29, 2027.

When registration opens, attendees will have the opportunity to take advantage of early bird rates, so watch your inbox and make plans to register early.

IUCX brings together professionals from across utilities and the companies that support them to exchange ideas, explore emerging challenges and opportunities, and learn from the real-world experiences of their peers. From customer experience and technology to operations, payments, leadership and more, the week is built around helping our community learn from one another and take useful ideas back to their organizations.

More Is Happening on Tuesday

For 2027, the IUCX experience begins with even more opportunities to connect.

Tuesday’s programming will include Billing & Payments, FlowForward and the CIS Collaborative, creating dedicated opportunities for attendees to dive deeper into important areas affecting utilities and their customers.

And Women in Utilities is getting a new time slot in 2027. The event is moving to the evening, creating another opportunity to connect with colleagues and build relationships as the IUCX week gets underway. More event information will be shared as we get closer, including schedules and registration details.
