Submissions are officially open for the IUCX 2027 Excellence Awards, celebrating the achievements, innovations and people making a difference in utility customer experience.
Every year, utilities and their partners are tackling complex challenges, finding new ways to serve customers, improving processes and implementing ideas that move the industry forward. The Excellence Awards provide an opportunity to bring those accomplishments into the spotlight and share them with the broader IUCX community.
Think about what your organization or team has accomplished over the past year. Did you launch an initiative that improved the customer experience? Introduce a new technology or process? Find a creative solution to a longstanding challenge? Build a program that produced meaningful results? Or work alongside individuals whose leadership and contributions deserve recognition?
We want to hear those stories.
Submitting for an Excellence Award is an opportunity not only to recognize the people behind the work, but also to share ideas and successes that can inspire others throughout the utility industry.
The deadline to submit is January 29, 2027. While that may sound like plenty of time, now is a great opportunity to begin gathering your results, identifying the story you want to tell and preparing your submission.
